The acquisition will be the contracting group of the Southern Ostrobothnia Medical District Municipal Contracting Ring Fresh Products for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2024 and as an option for the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026. The option is the Buyer's right to a continuation agreement, the exercise of which a decision is taken separately approximately six (6) months before the end of the actual contract period.
