This announcement is a request for participation in the negotiated procedure in the renovation project of the Yrjönkatu swimming hall in Helsinki, which will be implemented as a cooperative project management contract.

The renovation project to be procured has two phases so that it is divided into a development phase and then into an implementation phase with a separate decision. A consulting agreement is made for the development phase of the project management contract and a separate contract for the implementation phase. The contract for a project management contract is made only after the development phase.

It is also preliminarily planned to conclude a separate agreement for the demolition phase in addition to the agreements for the development phase and the implementation phase.

According to the preliminary project schedule, construction will begin in March 2024, and the swimming hall will be opened to users by the end of December 2025. The scope of the contract and the duration of the contract will be specified in the invitation to tender and later during the development phase of the project.
