The initial warranty is for a minimum of 12 months. By way of derogation from Article 33 of the CCAG FCS, the warranty begins the day after the final admission of the equipment.

The contract is a mixed framework agreement with a global and lump sum part and a purchase order part.

The framework agreement is single-awarded (concluded with a single economic operator).

The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum in quantity in accordance with Article R2162-4 1 ° of the Public Order Code.

The minimum quantity corresponds to the acquisition of one (1) new 12T helium helium cryomagnetic system in closed circuit (global and lump sum).

The maximum quantity corresponds to the acquisition of one (1) new 12T closed-loop helium cryomagnetic system (global and lump sum part) + 48 months of warranty extension (ordered under the purchase order part).

The maximum represents a maximum quantity that the CNRS is likely to order on the framework agreement (global and lump sum part and part with purchase orders combined).

The global and lump sum part corresponds to the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of the cryogenic system.

Depending on its needs, the LNCMI may order a one-year warranty extension for the duration of the contract, renewable 3 times in one-year periods.
