HSPV NRW is tendering a relocation and transport framework agreement for all its locations in NRW.

The award procedure shall be divided into four lots. The division of lots is based on the departments of HSPV NRW:

1. Department Duisburg

2nd Bielefeld Department and Münster Department

3. Department Gelsenkirchen

4. Department Cologne

The services include the following listed services for all lots:

- Transport of furniture, objects, IT equipment and other goods (henceforth referred to as goods) between and within the sites.

- Dismantling and assembly of goods, such as furniture, pin boards, whiteboards, coat racks, spit protection walls, etc.

- Contracting and disposal of goods, such as bulky waste, mixed construction waste, paper, cardboard, etc.

- Provision of containers for bulky waste, mixed construction waste, paper, cardboard, etc.

- Delivery and loan of moving boxes with subsequent collection.

- Supply of labels for removal and transport operations.

- Transport and relocation to other addresses not listed here.

- Hourly advice in connection with removal and transport services.

- Provision of trucks for transport and removal.

- One-time flat-rate library relocation of the books, including gearing, packaging material, delivery and wage costs as well as all other costs incurred with the relocation of the library books from Duisburg (2) to Duisburg (1) [applies only to Lot 1 - Duisburg Department]

Part of the framework agreement of lot 1 - Duisburg department - is, among other things, a move from a location within the city of Duisburg, at the end of July / beginning of August 2023 and the disposal of the remaining goods at the site that will be abandoned.

The services include the following listed services for all lots:

- Transport of furniture, objects, IT equipment and other goods (henceforth referred to as goods) between and within the sites.
