The Contracting Authorities will use this contest to enter into a Framework Agreement for the procurement of teaching aids for use in primary and secondary schools in the respective municipalities.

The following Contracting Authorities are participating in this contest and plan to make call-offs on the Framework Agreement:

— Flatanger Municipality: Org.no 845 153 272,

— Fosnes Municipality: org.no 964 982 775,

— Namdalseid Municipality: org.no 940 015 456,

— Namsos Municipality: org.no 942 875 967,

— Overhalla Municipality: org.no 939 896 600.

Fosnes, Namsalseid and Namsos Municipalities will merge from 2020.

The plan is for the contract to continue under the management of 'New Namsos' from 1.1.2020, on the same terms. This will mean a reduction in the number of organisation numbers, but no real reduction in the volume of the procurement.

The Framework Agreement will include the procurement of teaching aids for use in primary and secondary schools in the respective municipalities. This includes both printed and digital teaching aids.

There are 5 different municipalities included in the contract, these vary in size and area, and they have different needs as regards what teaching aids will be used in their teaching.

This means that there will be several areas that place orders/make call-offs. The Contracting Authority depends on the chosen tenderer acting responsibly, orderly and in accordance with the contract's terms in all contact with and sales to each individual location that places an order/makes a call-off on the contract.
