The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste created in the municipality of Rędziny from inhabited properties, assuming no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste received. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the possibility of receiving municipal waste contracted by the Contracting Authority jointly with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.
Order fulfillment period — from 1 September 2020 for a period of 14 months.
The subject matter of the order is described in Annex 2 to SWZ.
1. The object of the order is the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste created in the municipality of Rędziny from inhabited properties, assuming no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste received. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the possibility of receiving municipal waste contracted by the Contracting Authority jointly with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.
Order fulfillment period — from 1 September 2020 for a period of 14 months.
2. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Equipment of the property (according to the list submitted by the Contracting Authority) with containers for non-segregated waste (mixed), ash containers or bags for selectively collected waste (separately glass, paper, metals, plastics and multi-terial packaging, BIO waste);
2) successive delivery to the office of the Ordering Party of waste bags collected selectively in the quantity of 500 pieces of each colour once a month;
3. Equipment of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste with appropriate containers and containers for the collection of waste in accordance with the requirements set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract;
4) the collection and development of the entire municipal waste stream with:
(a) inhabited property;
(b) the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK);
5) making one detour collection in April 2022 to collect furniture and other large-sized waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, worn tyres, and windows and doors (no glass).
3. In detail, the subject of the order is described in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority, acting on the basis of Article 441, provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option by increasing the estimated amount of waste for receipt and use during the term of the contract, but not causing an increase in the value of the contract by more than 20% relative to the value of the value of the contract minimum.
Use of the option right by the Ordering Party may be made at one time for the entire value of the order or in several parts.
The optional contract does not constitute the obligation of the Contracting Authority to award it, and does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue damages claims for the failure to comply with that contract.
In the event of the Contractor exercising the right of option, the Contractors shall be paid for the actual quantities of services performed pursuant to this Agreement, constituting the sum of the quantities of the applicable unit rate for the collection, transport and development of the individual the types of waste and the quantities of waste collected and developed, plus the VAT payable.
