Part I of the purchase – maintenance services of two vehicle speed and red light controllers on the streets of Klaipėda city. The price of the Supplier's offer for this part of the purchase may not exceed EUR 163,733.34 inclusive of VAT (or EUR 135,316.81 excluding VAT if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons why the Contracting Authority's final amount payable to the supplier will be exclusive of VAT).

Part II of the purchase – maintenance services of one vehicle speed and red light controller on the streets of Klaipėda city. The price of the Supplier's offer for this part of the purchase may not exceed EUR 81,866.66 inclusive of VAT (or EUR 67,658.40 excluding VAT if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons why the contracting authority's final amount payable to the supplier will be exclusive of VAT).
