The district of Recklinghausen plans the renovation of the district house with regard to fire protection, building services, the renewal of the façade and the redesign of the outdoor facilities in 4 construction phases.

The core renovation is carried out during ongoing operations, i.e. it is necessary to clear and renovate the components in phases of construction, with the consequence that interim solutions have to be carried out in existing buildings, in externally rented properties and, if necessary, in containers.
