This agreement covers framework agreements for testing products covered by the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's market surveillance for

electrical equipment according to the Electrical Safety Act, toys according to the Toy Act, in terms of electrical safety aspects, as well as radio equipment according to the Radio Equipment Act, in terms of electrical safety aspects. The results of the test will form the basis for the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's decision to intervene in the provision of individual electrical equipment.

The agreement relates to the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency's tests for the upcoming two-year contract period 2023-01-01 to 2024-12-31. The parties then have the right, by agreement, to extend the agreement one year at a time twice until 2026-12-31. The Swedish Electrical Safety Authority estimates the need for testing services at 150-300 call-offs annually/for the contract period.
