The plan is to redesign the station environment in Wittenberge, including all service phases of HOAI outdoor space planning, transport facilities, technical equipment, engineering structures and engineering surveying).

An area of approx. 11,000 m² is affected.

The planning services advertised here include all HOAI service phases and are to be awarded to an applicant/applicant community or to a bidder/bidder community as follows:

1. Outdoor space planning according to § 39 paragraph 1 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9

2. Traffic facilities § 47 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9

3. Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9, plant group 4 (street lighting, e-charging stations)

4. Engineering structures according to § 41 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9, here

structures and installations for waste water disposal (rainwater)

5. Engineering surveying as consulting services

- Surveying during planning according to Appendix 1, chap. 1.4.4 para.

(3) the HOAI 2021

- Construction surveying according to Annex 1, Section 1.4.7 (3) of the HOAI

2021

The above services are awarded to a planner/planning team as a whole.
