Framework agreement for hiring of consultants for Project Administration (Project management and Construction management), as well as engineering design consultancy for the project areas P1-P5 (Road/transport/Traffic safety, Water and Sewage, Buildings, quick clay proofing measures, Zoning plan works). 3 contracts with tenderers for each project area will be entered into. The Project manager and the Construction manager must not have same tenderer. For the project engineering consultancy service it is not vital that tenders are given for all disciplines (may be complemented with sub-providers). Miniature tender contests for the framework agreement partners are to be held for assignments above a certain value.
