1.1.1) Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified consultants to provide gas and electrical quality auditing services between the hours specified in the contract document, Monday to Friday, plus an out of hours emergency service 365 days per year for investigatory audit reporting of CO/Fumes;

1.1.2) Services are to include:

— domestic gas and electrical post service audits,

— post service audit to commercial boilers,

— second opinion corroboration reports,

— post installation audits,

— work in progress audits,

— investigatory audit report of CO/Fumes incidents,

— legal support,

— training provision,

— tender specifications.
