The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in "Collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of the City of Kutno and management of this waste".

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, taking into account all the requirements of the Ordering Party, is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is also an Annex to the contract.

2. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract are included in the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
