The subject of the contract is the collection and management by recovery or neutralization, indicated in the description of the contract, of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Teresin Municipality and from the selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter: PSZOK), in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste, reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage and limitation of the level of storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The subject of the contract does not cover the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipality from uninhabited properties.
