This contract is a single-attribution purchase order framework agreement in the form of a formal procedural contract pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º and L. 2124-1, and Articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded without minimum and maximum. The contract shall be concluded for a period of four years from its notification. This contract will be concluded for the group of orders formed between the municipality of Beaune, coordinator of the grouping, and the Beaune Côte et Sud agglomeration Community.
