The subject is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport
and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in the Radymno Municipality,
in an approximate amount of approx. 2400 Mg. Over a period of twelve months in 2023.

in an approximate amount of approx. 2400 Mg. Over a period of twelve months in 2023.
The order includes in particular:
1. Receiving municipal waste from inhabited properties, uninhabited properties and from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), broken down into:
(a) municipal waste subject to selective collection:
(b) unsegregated municipal waste (mixed);
c) waste collected from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point
2. Equipment of the property with bags for selective waste collection in accordance with the requirements laid down in the “Regulations for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Radymno”, in the quantity and color scheme resulting from the needs — the cost of bags the Contractor is obliged to calculate in the price of the offer.
3. Receiving municipal waste according to the following rules:
(a) any quantity of municipal waste generated on the property concerned must be collected — periodic surplus of mixed municipal waste, owners of residing property may, without additional charge, donate in black bags which they supply themselves in their own right,
(b) a quantity of municipal waste which does not exceed the quantity declared by the owner of the property concerned must be collected from uninhabited property on which municipal waste is produced.
3. Collection of waste such as: large-size, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires, used batteries and other hazardous waste separated from the municipal waste stream with the system "from outside the property".
4. Receiving on individual notification of the owner of the property, waste from the renovations, after obtaining a written declaration that it arose as a result of carrying out small works not requiring a construction permit or a declaration of intent to carry out works to the building authority, to a substituted container by the contractor.
5. Receiving waste from cemeteries and other public facilities, also outside the applicable schedule in case of endangering the life or health of residents and before important holidays, e.g. before All Saints Day, etc.
6. Receiving glass waste from bell-type containers with a capacity of 2.5 m3.
7. Transfer of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste directly to the municipal installation specified in the list of the Marshal of the Voivodeship, referred to in Article 38 b paragraph 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
8. Transfer of selectively collected municipal waste directly, or through another collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste as referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies

Annex I – a detailed description of the subject of the contract, containing a list of properties covered by the municipal waste management system, a list of containers for selective collection of municipal waste, information on the number of properties, distance parameters, constitutes an annex to this specification.
