Additional costs / incl. Planning performance LPH 8 and LPH 9 / incl. the cost of the general contractor. The city bath should have, among other things, a sauna area, a restaurant, etc.

The subject of the contract is construction services as well as professional services (planning services).

The object of the contract service is the construction work and the planning services (general contractor services) for the new construction of the sports and family bath. The above-mentioned product, with retention of the upper cost limit, shall be available for occupancy from the date of commission by 30.6.2021 at the latest. The construction of the new building can be carried out continuously in one go.
