The client is planning to build a new fire brigade equipment house located on Bopparder Straße in Emmelshausen to replace the existing old building. The fire brigade in Emmelshausen has 40 people. The client had a preliminary plan drawn up, which is part of the tender documents. This contains an area calculation according to DIN 277. The fire brigade equipment house should have a gross floor area of 1,211.57 m on the ground floor 2 have, the upper floor has a gross floor area of 348.83 m 2 . The building has a total usable area of 1,375.91 m 2 and is to be created in a hybrid wood construction.

The costs of the construction project in cost groups 200-400 are expected to be EUR 2,283,411.15 net. Construction is scheduled to start in 2021. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2023.

- In lot 1 object planning services for buildings § 33 HOAI from service phase 3 up to and including service phase 9 according to HOAI 2021,

- in lot 2 - planning services for the electrical technical equipment § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9,

- in lot 3 - planning services of the technical equipment HLS § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9 and

- in lot 4 - structural planning services § 51 HOAI service phases 1-6.

The subject of this tender is the planning services for the electrical technical equipment. The likely chargeable costs are as follows:

- KG 440 heavy current systems EUR 134 318 (net),

- KG 450 telecommunications and information technology systems 85 958 EUR (net),

- KG 442 own power supply system (PV system) Optional 20,000 EUR (net).

With regard to the service description, the client is based on the HOAI 2021. The contract regulates the details.
