The Ohlsdorf project is part of the medium-term repair programmes of Hamburger Hochbahn AG (Hochbahn). In this case, several locally and operationally related individual measures are planned and carried out in a joint business interruption. The service listed here describes the sub-project P.23932 for the planning of a basic construction of the Alster underpass [KB].

HOCHBAHN intends to award a step-by-step contract for services of object and structural design in civil engineering (§§ 43 and 51, also with special services) for the repair of massive structures. The structure in question is as follows:

C(003): 1 double-track superstructure; Width approx. 16 m; span approx. 35 m from 1921

Level A: proof of formal suitability, office profile, references, etc.

Level B: Bid submission, designation of key personnel with task-specific references

Engineering services for the basic repair of the structure.

- Object planning for engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI), phases 1 to 8,

- Structural engineering (§ 51 HOAI), phases 1 to 3.

The services are ordered in stages.
