The subject of the Order is the supply of hydrated lime in the total amount of 2,500 tonnes to ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024,

divided into 2 (two) nw. Packages:

Package A

• supply of hydrated lime for the Water Preparation Station bl. XI tankers approx. 25 t, in accordance with the quantities included in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.3.2023 and in accordance with the parameters specified in Appendix No. 1a to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.3.2023

up to 1 500 tonnes,

Package B

• supply of hydrated lime for the Flue Gas Desulphurisation Plant by tankers of approx. 12.5 tonnes, in accordance with the quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.3.2023 and in accordance with the parameters specified in Appendix No. 2a to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.3.2023

up to 1 000 tonnes.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the expected quantity of hydrated lime during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the following. The actual quantity of hydrated lime supplied can range from 2 000 tonnes to 2 500 tonnes.

The above provision results from the possibility of reducing the production of electricity, caused by the amount of energy demand by the national power system and in the event of failure of generation equipment at the Ordering Party, causing a long-term repair stop or reducing the demand for hydrated lime as a result of optimizing the operation of power units.

The quantities of hydrated lime for delivery in individual months are described in detail in Appendices No. 1÷2 to the Agreement No. KZP-SD.2100.3.2023.
