For the planning and execution of the project, an architect is sought for the service phases 4-9 according to HOAI 2021. For incorporation into the existing in-house planning, the percentage points must be specified when submitting the offer. The assignment should take place in stages.
The city of Schramberg is planning the new and replacement construction of the sports and festival hall in the Tennenbronn district. A previous feasibility study had the task of examining several locations and the renovation of the existing hall. A public vote showed a strong tendency for the location at the village pond. The municipal council of the city of Schramberg then decided to advance the planning at this location. For this purpose, it was decided to draw up a new development plan with the designation "Multi-purpose hall Tennenbronn". At the new location, the city entrance of Tennenbronn can also be emphasized in terms of urban development and a sophisticated and sustainable design quality can be created through the early inclusion of open space planning. The aim is the urban and functional reorganization of the entire area along the Schiltach as well as the design of the landscape transition from the hall to the Schiltach.
In order to move forward quickly, it was decided that the drawing up of the development plan and the building construction planning for the hall would run in parallel. Building planning is carried out up to and including LPH 3 in the building construction department of the city of Schramberg and is then to be outsourced to an external architectural office.
The hall with a playing field size of 28 x 18 m and a stage area with a size of 12 x 8 m is used for sporting purposes (leisure sports, but also wrestling competitions) as well as for social purposes (concerts, theater, etc.) by the local clubs. In addition to the usual rooms such as changing rooms, sanitary rooms, cloakroom, chair and equipment storage, etc. there is a rehearsal area (with a small and large rehearsal room) including storage for the local music clubs. A spacious kitchen area is also planned, which will be attached to the foyer. A grandstand is being planned on the upper floor. A basement is not planned. It is planned to realize the hall in wood construction.
