The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended). – "Act on Forests") covering works in the field of felling and care of trees difficult to perform in the Area of the Miękinia Forest District in the years 2022 - 2024.

The scope of work includes felling and caring for the crowns of difficult trees located, among others: near buildings, roads, power lines, railway routes, etc. Felling and caring for trees will require the use of specialized equipment such as a lift or the use of mountaineering techniques.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the felling of 800 trees and the care of the crowns of 150 trees in the years 2022 – 2024, of which 175 trees to be removed and 37 tree crown care to be performed in the first order issued by the Ordering Party immediately after signing the contract. The list of trees to be removed and crown care to be performed in the first order is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party requires a deposit of PLN 5,000.

The vadium shall be lodged before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders and shall be maintained continuously until the date of the expiry of the deadline for binding the tender, except as referred to in points 2 and (3) of Article 98 (1) and (2) of the PZP.

The security may be lodged at the choice of the Contractor in one or more of the following forms:

1) money,

2) bank guarantees,

3) insurance guarantees,

4) sureties granted by the entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 299, as amended).
