The building consists of a main structure with 4 floors (basement + 3 upper floors) with 2 inner courtyards (ground floor - 2nd floor) and 2 single-storey extensions on the ground floor, with a direct connection to the main building.

Basement: distribution kitchen with ancillary rooms as well as technical and storage rooms
Ground floor: ambulance and wards
1st floor: day clinic and ward wards,
2nd floor: day clinic and wards.

The basement will be built as a WU construction (white tub) and will have a delivery ramp for trucks for supply and disposal to the distribution kitchen in the basement, also as a WU construction. The outer walls on the upper floors are designed as load-bearing masonry walls. The load is transferred inside the building via concrete supports and wall panels. The ceilings, including the roof ceiling above. 2nd floor will be designed as flat ceilings. The roof edge has a parapet and a circumferential, cantilevered precast concrete element as a roof overhang. The roof is created as a thermally insulated flat roof (on-site). The facade is created as a perforated facade and receives a thermal insulation composite system with a clinic brick cladding (on-site).

The specification also includes the delivery and assembly of 72 prefabricated wet rooms, which have to be installed and located during the shell construction work.
