The city of Pinneberg plans to build a new school building for the elementary school Thesdorf in Pinneberg.
It is to be replaced part of the building against a new building. In the first step, the basics have to be determined for the required scope and design, a preliminary planning as well as the necessary documents for the promotion according to the municipal investment promotion law II.
In this award procedure, general planners with experience from similar actions are invited to participate in the competition for the following performance images:

The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service images.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required supporting documents.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be examined and the number of eligible candidates will be limited.
Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately for a negotiated procedure.
The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. EUR 10 million gross.
