1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and repair services for air-conditioning, ventilation and steam humidifiers installed in the facilities of the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań located in the Wielkopolska Province, separately according to parts.

2. The item of the order was divided into 8 parts.

3. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1.1-1.8 to the SWZ and attachments to it.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465), persons performing activities constituting the subject of the contract, i.e. directly performing service activities including inspections or repairs. The requirement applies to any part of the subject-matter of the contract.

5. Requirements for the implementation and enforcement of employment under an employment contract are set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

3. The list of Samsung equipment (DVMS), VTS and VENTURE for air conditioning and ventilation systems is attached as Annex 1 to OPZ.

4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or its employees are entitled (authorized) to perform service inspections of the Samsung air conditioning system for DVMS.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services including periodic inspections, maintenance and emergency repairs of precision air conditioning devices and steam humidifiers of SWEGON company, installed in the Treasury Unit Complex at Dolna Wilda 80A in Poznań.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1.6 to the SWZ and attachments thereto.

3. The list of SWEGON precision air conditioning devices and steam humidifiers constitutes Annex 1 to OPZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services including periodic inspections, maintenance and emergency repairs in the field of air conditioning and ventilation systems with Samsung devices (DVMS), VTS and VENTURE, SINCLAIR and VBW installed in the Tax Office Poznań Nowe Miasto Chłapowskiego 17/18 in Poznań.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1.7 to the SWZ and attachments thereto.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or its employees are entitled (authorized) to perform service inspections of the Samsung air conditioning system for DVMS.

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services in the field of warranty periodic inspections of air conditioning equipment of Gree and Noxa companies installed in Poznań, Ostrzeszów, Nowy Tomyśl, Gniezno, Rawicz, Kościan, Września, Szamotuły, Gądki, Piła, Śrem, Koło and Chodzież.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1.8 to the SWZ and attachments to it.

3. In order to maintain the guarantee, the Contracting Authority requires inspections to be carried out by the contractor authorized by the manufacturers of the devices and systems concerned to perform service inspections. Under the term authorization, the Ordering Party understands all kinds of documents such as: certificates, attestations, statements of the device manufacturer, etc. confirming the manufacturer's consent to the contractor's servicing of devices under warranty.
