market for the supply and transmission of electrical energy with a capacity exceeding 36 kva

these services include:-The supply of the electricity necessary for the delivery points (Pdl) listed in the Unit Price Schedule-Access and use, for these delivery points, under a single contract, to the public distribution network- the mission of balance manager defined pursuant to Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code -The provision of services associated with the supply of electricity for these same delivery points (relationship customers, web platform, billing flows, processing of requests to the distribution system operator, etc.). The start of execution occurs on the night of 31/12/2022 to 01/01/2023 for all delivery points indicated on the unit price schedule. The duration of supply of electricity to the aforementioned delivery points is one (1) year from the date of the changeover. The market will end on the night of 31/12/2023 to 01/01/2024 at 00:00. Candidates must meet the basic solution, i.e. a price based on a supply integrating the arenh mechanism provided for in Articles L. 336-1 et seq. of the Energy Code. Supplies and routing will be remunerated by applying the prices of the Unit Price Schedule annexed to this deed of commitment.the company must quantify all the items mentioned in the Unit Price Schedule.
