3.2 The subject of the contract is the development of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the execution of a road investment. The development of the documentation has been divided into 5 parts. A detailed description of each part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. the Technical Specification constituting, respectively, for a given part, Annex C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 to the SWZ and the model contract Annex B1,2,3 B4, B5 to the SWZ. 4. DESCRIPTION OF PART OF THE CONTRACT IF THE ORDERING PARTY ALLOWS THE SUBMISSION OF PARTIAL TENDERS 4.1 The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial tenders according to the division: • Part I of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation together with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2001K from the county road 2003K to the county road 2004K in Wola Batorska commune Niepołomice Powiat Wielicki • Part II of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission to carry out the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2011K from the existing sidewalk to the bus terminus in Brzegi Wieliczka Wieliczka Wieliczka District about 0.20 km • Part III of the Order – Development of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission to carry out the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2024K from the existing sidewalk to the intersection with the provincial road No. 967 in the city of . Gdów Powiat Wielicki (on the section of 0.46 km) • Part IV of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain consent for the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2040K from the school to the intersection with the county road No. 2027K in byszyce, Wieliczka commune, Wieliczka poviat (on the section of approx. 1.6 km) • Part V of the Order – Development of design documentation – cost estimate along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission for the implementation of the investment entitled: Reconstruction of the county road No. 2029K in Podstolice. Divided into 3 episodes

• Part I of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission for the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2001K from the county road 2003K to the county road 2004K in Wola Batorska commune Niepołomice Powiat Wielicki.3.2 A detailed description of part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. technical specification constituting annex C1 to the SWZ and annex B1,2,3 to the SWZ respectively for the part concerned.

• Part II of the Order – Preparation of design and cost estimation documentation along with the preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents provided for by applicable law to obtain permission for the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the county road No. 2011K from the existing sidewalk to the bus loop in Brzegi, Wieliczka Commune Wieliczka District about 0.20 km.3 A detailed description of part of the contract contains a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. technical specification constituting annex C2 to the SWZ and annex B1,2,3 to the SWZ, as appropriate, for the part concerned.

Divided into 3 sections, the detailed description of the part of the contract includes a description of the subject of the contract, i.e. the Technical Specification constituting, respectively, for a given part, Annex C5 to the SWZ and the model contract Annex B5 to the SWZ.
