Purchase of electricity for the Employer's facilities in Rzeszów - street lighting, traffic lights, illumination of facilities.

As part of the contract, the Contractor will be required to sell electricity to the Employer's facilities and new, built and connected to the DSO network, during the contract period.

The purchased energy will be delivered to the facilities via the distribution network belonging to the local DSO operator, i.e. PGE Dystrybucja SA. Branch in Rzeszów.

The location and description of the energy consumption points is included in the annex to the model contract entitled "List of MZD energy intake points in Rzeszów".

Estimated electricity consumption in the period from 1/12/2019 to 30/11/2020 is about 13,300 MWh, including:

- daily and 24-hour zone: 5,284 MWh,

- night zone: 8 016 MWh.

The main energy consumption profile is street lighting, settled in two time zones (day and night) of the C12b tariff and accounts for approx. 95% of the demand. The remaining part are traffic lights and other energy-consuming facilities in the 24-hour zone, in tariffs C11 and R. The estimated energy consumption in the 24-hour zone is 675 MWh.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of energy consumption points during the contract period, on the terms described in the model contract. The sale of electricity for a new consumption point not covered by the above annex will be made on the basis of a change to the said annex and will be settled in accordance with the rules set out for the original part of the order and at the same settlement rate.

Settlements for consumed energy will take place during the periods used by the local DSO.

The Awarding Entity expects to conclude one collective agreement for all collection points, specified in Annex "List of MZD energy intake points in Rzeszów", which is its integral part.

Implementation of the contract should be in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the list of MZD energy collection points in Rzeszów, constituting an attachment to the Terms of Reference and a model contract.

The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the current contractor the basic contract, the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the PPL.
