DESIGN COMPETITION FOR THE URBAN, ARCHITECTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL REDEVELOPMENT OF THE MARITIME STATE-OWNED AREA BETWEEN THE BOCCETTA AND ANNUNZIATA STREAMS IN THE CITY OF MESSINA

The subject of this design competition is the urban redevelopment of the maritime state-owned area between the Boccetta and Annunziata streams in the City of Messina, through the acquisition of proposals for ideas (Masterplan), and after the completion of the 2nd degree phase, the drafting of the PIO (Operational Framework Plan as required by the current PRP) of the overall area and a project with a level of detail equal to that of a PFTE (technical feasibility project and economic composed of the documents referred to in Annex I.7 - Section II of Legislative Decree 36/23 for areas WAT 2 and WAT 3 *. Furthermore, the Authority, after finding the necessary economic resources, will entrust, with a negotiated procedure without notice, to the winner of the competition the subsequent executive design phase (relating to the same areas WAT 2 and WAT 3 *). It is understood that the Authority will entrust the subsequent executive design phase only after the approval of the PFTE.
