The subject of the procedure and the contract is: Selection of the Contractor for the delivery and implementation of a backup system for the needs of NCPS SOLARIS.

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the delivery and implementation of a backup system for the needs of the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre (hereinafter referred to as NCPS SOLARIS), located in Krakow, code: 30-392, at 98 Czerwone Maki Street.

1.1. The contract is financed from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and Science awarded on the basis of contract No. 1/SOL/2021/2 of 17 December 2021, concluded with the State Treasury - Minister of Education and Science, in the amount of PLN 199,998,723.10.
