The tender includes collection, transport and treatment of slag from Cycle Waste-Energy's energy plant in Skanderborg (formerly Renosyd), over a period of 2 years starting 1 June 2023 with expiry on 31 May 2025 with the possibility of extension.

The period from the signing of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) until the work can begin shall be used as a preparation period for the service provider so that the service provider is ready to start performing the services as of 1 June 2023.

An agreement will be concluded with one supplier for the framework agreement on the basis of the draft framework agreement set out in Annex 3.

Contracting entities have chosen not to further divide the sub-agreements, as it has been assessed that economies of scale can be achieved by completing the tender with this split.

The annual production of slag is estimated to be 11,000 tons, equivalent to about 30 tons per day.

Fluctuations due to operational conditions such as planned and unplanned downtime must be expected, whereby the supplier must accept larger or smaller deliveries during part of the contract period.

Sorting and reloading of slag may not take place at the Customer's address.
