The Norwegian Veterinary Institute shall establish a framework agreement for periodical maintenance and any repairs/technical support for the Norwegian Veterinary Institutes's cooling and heat pump installations. These work comprise service, operation and maintenance, assembly, rehabilitating, repair works, as well as new installations at the Norwegian Veterinary Institute in Oslo.

The Norwegian Veterinary Institute invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of a Framework Agreement for cooling and heat pump installations to The Norwegian Veterinary Institute.

Inspections.

There will be a site inspection in the Norwegian Veterinary Institute's premises: Wednesday 21.12.2016 (9:00); Unfamiliarity with the site conditions cannot be later claimed as a basis for demanding additional information. Minutes will be kept from the site inspection. If questions are asked about the tender documentation during the site inspection, the questions and answers will be included in the minutes. The minutes will be distributed to all registered tenderers. The minutes are a part of the tender documentation. Tenderers who would like to participate in the site inspection are to send notification via the question function in Tendsign, with the name of the company and a representative at the latest 2 days before the site inspection. Each tenderer can have up to 2 representatives present.
