Form and scope of the agreement
An agreement will be signed with one (1) supplier for deliveries of requested services to the extent described in this procurement document, which is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 9 million excluding VAT for ongoing withdrawals if necessary during the contract period.
The scope of the assignments will vary during the contract period. The buyer does not undertake to purchase a certain volume during the term of the agreement. The maximum amount that the framework agreement may cover during the contract period is (ceiling volume) SEK 12 million excluding VAT.

Purpose and goal
The purpose of the agreement is for the supplier to provide:
A cost-effective and flexible service regarding production printers to Statistics Sweden's printing house, with the possibility for SCB to be able to increase or decrease the volume during the contract period.
A printing service where the supplier is responsible for all investments and financings.
A service regarding printing in close collaboration with Statistics Sweden.
A service regarding printing that allows a clear cost picture so that Statistics Sweden's operating costs at any given time can be checked during the contract period.
This must be done within agreed frameworks so that the offered and agreed service regarding printing corresponds to the current need.
