Lieksan Kiinteistöt Oy, the real estate company of the City of Lieksa, is asking for an offer for the rental of a health and social services station to be built on the balance sheet of the landlord or the financier acquired by him. The rental period is 20 years.
A plot of land has been reserved for the health and social services station along Mönninkatu in Lieksa. The Board of the City of Lieksa has made a decision (7.3.2022) that the building must be made with a CLT frame.
A preliminary project plan has been drawn up for the procurement site, including needs assessments and architectural drawings, and it has been granted an exemption from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health for buildings used in social welfare or health care production under VN/28882/2021. The said material is attached to the invitation to tender. The final design is done in cooperation with the client and the winning bidder.
The principles of property management during the lease period are set out in the preliminary liability distribution table and the draft lease agreement attached as annexes.

The City of Lieksa acts as an interim tenant, renting the entire premises of the health and social services station from the owner of the premises and renting them out to the wellbeing services county.
The language of the project is Finnish and all documents are in Finnish. The contact person of the contract, as well as the representatives of the landlord and all supervisors, must speak and write fluent Finnish.
