1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: "Delivery and installation of renewable sources for the needs of residential buildings in the municipality of Rędziny" – according to the formula: design and build. Execution of construction and installation works as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of installations using renewable energy sources in the Rędziny commune" – according to the formula: design and build.

2. The scope of the contract includes the performance of the following construction, installation and design works:

2.1. Panele fotowoltaiczne - 102 pcs.

2.2. Air and ground heat pumps - 25 sets

2.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ, the proposed provisions of the contract – constituting an annex to the SWZ and the following documents – constituting an annex to the SWZ:

2. The scope of the contract includes the performance of the following construction, installation and design works:

2.1. Photovoltaic panels:

a) Preparation of the necessary design documentation (in the amount of 102 sets of separate projects) for the assembly of 102 sets. RES installation of photovoltaic panels for the needs of single-family residential buildings in the Rędziny Commune and obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions required in accordance with the current construction law.

b) Execution of all construction and installation works according to the developed projects, consisting in the delivery and assembly of 102 sets. RES sets of photovoltaic panel installations for the needs of residential buildings and connection to the existing electrical installation in order to cooperate with the system along with providing a guarantee for the works performed and the materials supplied and installed.

2.2. Air and ground heat pumps:

a) Preparation of the necessary design documentation (in the amount of 25 sets of separate projects) for the assembly of 25 sets. RES installation of air heat pumps (16 sets) and ground (9 sets) for the needs of single-family residential buildings in the Rędziny Commune and obtaining all arrangements, opinions and decisions required in accordance with the current construction law.

b) Execution of all construction and installation works according to the developed projects, consisting in the delivery and assembly of 25 sets. installation of air heat pumps (16 sets) and ground heat pumps (9 sets) for the needs of residential buildings and connection to the existing installation in order to cooperate with the system along with providing a guarantee for the works performed and the materials supplied and installed.

2.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ, the proposed provisions of the contract – constituting an annex to the SWZ and the following documents – constituting an annex to the SWZ:

Attention:

1. The Contractor will provide the possibility of connecting a LAN module, a memory card and cooperation with the monitoring system – in order to read the indicators on an ongoing basis and the possibility of counting the indicator from 12 months.

2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to modify the list of installation locations. The type of installation and the total number of installations in each set are subject to change. In the event of a reduction in the number of installations, the Contractor will receive remuneration appropriate to the number of designed and constructed sets of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps. It is not possible to increase the number of installations.

2.4. The Ordering Party specifies the period of guarantee and warranty:

- for construction and installation works: 60 months;

- for devices - according to the technical data sheets of individual devices - but not less than 60 months

2.5. The Ordering Party informs that:

- the costs of servicing the equipment and installations during the warranty period are covered by the Contractor;

- costs resulting from maintenance services during the warranty period should be added by the Contractor to its offer, as they are not subject to separate payment.

2.6. The Ordering Party informs that the obligatory material, timely and financial schedule that the Contractor submits after signing the contract will be developed on the basis of the payment schedule signed between the Ordering Party and the Marshal's Office.

2.7. The Ordering Party informs that the designers on the part of the Contractor will develop design documentation (for panels and heat pumps) separately for individual users.
