The district of Emsland intends to update the landscape framework plan from 2001.

The service subject to the award for the updating of the landscape framework plan of the district of Emsland includes the basic services in accordance with Annex 6 to § 25 Abs. 2 HOAI as well as the necessary special services in connection with local inventories, supplementary target concepts and support in the procedure.

In detail, the following parts of the service are to be provided:

Basic services of the landscape framework plan in the work phases 1-4 according to § 25 HOAI as well as in particular the following special services:

— habitat type mapping (detailed mapping), partly optional;

— faunistic mapping at selected sites (e.g. breeding birds), optional;

• biotope interconnection planning at regional level;

— Verfahrensbegleitung;

— environmental report.
