The subject of the order is the supply of hardware and computer software for Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.

The order has been divided into parts/tasks:

Task 1: Laptops.

Task 2: Desktop computer sets.

Task 3: Small computer hardware.

Task 4: Office software.

Task 5: Printers.

The material scope, the quantitative scope and the requirements relating to the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — Technical Specifications, and the requirements indicated therein should be treated as defining the required minimum level of requirements. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be obtained by using adapters of various types, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution.

Other conditions in accordance with the SWZ with annexes.

Task 1: Laptops.

The required functionality of the offered device cannot be obtained by using adapters of various types, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution.

The object of the contract must be brand new, full-fledged, free from defects and damage, without prior use.

Within the scope of task number 1: The license for the supplied software must allow indefinite (lifetime) use.

Required warranty period: For task 1: 24 months

The scope of the subject of the contract includes the delivery of the subject of the contract to the Employer (Częstochowa area).

Other conditions for the execution of the contract in accordance with the draft contract — Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Required period of execution: up to 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Task 2: Desktop computer sets.

The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.
