The subject of this procedure is the delivery of copy paper after the award of the contract within the scope of the detailed list of the terms of the contract (Annexes 05 to 07 in each case sheet c) of the tender documents) to the participating Saxon judicial authorities.

Three batches are formed for the different types of paper.

- Lot 1 - 32,368,500 sheets white DIN A4/A3

From that

- Lot 2 - 1,107,500 sheets coloured DIN A4

From that

a) 952.500 Blatt DIN A4 (hell)

b) 155,000 A4 sheets (intensive)

- Lot 3 - 612,500 sheets of recycling DIN A4/A3

From that

a) 500,000 sheets DIN A4 white

b) 5,000 sheets DIN A3 white

c) 107,500 A4 colour sheets

In the event that there is an increased demand for copy paper at the participating Saxon judicial authorities during the contract period, repeat orders can be placed on demand. The amount is limited to a maximum of 10% of the awarded quantity of the respective lot.

Delivery of 32,335,000 sheets of white A4 copy paper (80g/m²) and 33,500 sheets of white A3 copy paper (80g/m²) to Saxon judicial authorities. Reference is made to Appendix 5, sheets a to c.

Delivery of 1,107,500 sheets of A4 coloured copy paper (80g/m²) to Saxon judicial authorities. Reference is made to Appendix 6, sheets a to c.

Delivery of 500,000 sheets of white recycled A4 copy paper (80g/m²) and 5,000 sheets of white recycled A3 copy paper (80g/m²) as well as 107,500 sheets of coloured recycled A4 copy paper (80g/m²) to Saxon judicial authorities. Reference is made to Appendix 7, sheets a to c.
