The wellbeing services county of Central Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests an offer for the extraction and archiving of old data from customer and patient information systems in the form defined by Kela to the national archiving service. With regard to data that cannot be archived in Kela's archive of old data, the Subscriber requires archiving in the Subscriber's own archiving solution.

The Acquisition is divided into two (2) independent areas, which are:

-SECTION 1: Extraction and archiving of old data - Pegasos system and Included mobile application

-SECTION 2: Extraction and archiving of historical data - ProConsona system

Tenderers may choose one or more areas for which they submit their tenders.

A more detailed description of the services to be procured can be found in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender, Object of procurement.

The terms and conditions applicable to the procurement are described in the draft contract attached as Annex 2. The client concludes procurement contracts separately for each sub-area.

SECTION 1: Extraction and archiving of old data - Pegasos system and Involved mobile application.

This section concerns the Project Delivery of the Pegasos system and the Involved mobile application, a more detailed description of which can be found in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender, Object of procurement.

The Pegasos system is used in the following municipalities:

• Mäntsälä-Pornainen

• Järvenpää-Tuusula

• Hyvinkää

The Included mobile application is in use in municipalities:

• Järvenpää

• Mäntsälä-Pornainen

The patient information systems currently in use and to be decommissioned in the future contain therapeutic and administrative data that has not been archived in Kela's Kanta archive and that has not been archived in Keusote's own Karkki archive.

The document definitions of the old data to be stored in the database can be found on the Kanta.fi pages. The Supplier's task is to transfer customer and patient data into a format that complies with these specifications in cooperation with the client's representatives.

Information that is not stored in Kela's repository of old data (e.g. patient administration, appointments, logs) must be stored in the archive of old data used by Keusote (Karkki archive). The editor of the implementation of this archive is Canon.

SECTION 2: Extraction and archiving of historical data - ProConsona system

This area concerns the Project Delivery of the extraction and archiving of old data from the ProConsona system, a more detailed description of which can be found in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender, Object of procurement.

The ProConsona system is used in the following municipalities:

• Mäntsälä-Pornainen

• Järvenpää

• Tuusula
