Conclusion of a framework agreement for planning, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning of indirect district heat transfer stations, DHW heating systems and direct district heat transfer stations, DHW heating systems, house control units in Greater Berlin, with a term of 5 years
Framework agreement for planning, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning of approx. 350 - 450 per year, demand rising over the term, indirect district heating transfer stations (UEST) to DN 100 PN25 and DHW heating systems according to the base-load cylinder charging principle up to approx. 500 kW of heat output and direct district heat transfer stations, DHW heating systems, house control units in Berlin.
• District heat transfer stations are primarily used for connection types direct/indirect in a ratio of 10%/90%.
• At around 60% of district heat transfer stations, a DHW heating system (TWE-plant) is additionally built, with a few TWE-systems to be supplied for existing house stations.
• The number of district heating transfer stations for which a house central (HZ) must also be set up is estimated at around 10%.
The district heat transfer stations, DHW heating systems and house control units are connected to Vattenfall's district heating network, which is essentially divided into two supply areas (VG) with three-wire system (VG 1) and two-wire system (VG 2).
