1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the warehouse building for the purpose of a pharmaceutical wholesaler together with the necessary technical infrastructure in the RARS Depot in Wąwale.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Technical Documentation constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

4. The contractor may carry out a site inspection of the facility where the works are to be performed. The costs of the site visit are borne by the contractor.

6. The Contracting Authority shall not request that the said means of proof be submitted together with the tender.

7. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.

The subject of the contract is described in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Functional and Utility Program: Expansion of the warehouse building for the purpose of a pharmaceutical wholesaler together with the necessary technical infrastructure in the RARS Depot in Wąwal along with the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining a building permit in the "design and build" system.
