The contracting Authority, Genesis Housing Association (GHA) on behalf of itself and its affiliates (both current and future) and additionally for the benefit of those other bodies, as list in the contract notice at Section 1.4) has now completed its procurement exercise and is now entering into contract with suitably qualified and experienced contractors (Architects and Contractors) to deliver their ambitious investment programme.


Lot 1

The contractors scope of works will be reflective of new build housing and conversions to provide residential units.

The framework will provide a number of suppliers required for delivery of services of works required by Genesis Housing Association (GHA) (and other named providers as required).

GHA will enter into the Framework on behalf of the other named contracting bodies. Call-off contracts will be entered into directly with each named contracting body who wishes to buy services or works. There is no guarantee of work or minimum work to any consultant or contractor appointed to the Framework.

The framework agreement will commence in April 2016 and last for a period of 4 years.


Lot 10

The contractors scope of works will be reflective of new build housing and conversions to provide residential units.
