Framework agreement on the acceptance and recycling of bulky waste from the district of Ostholstein (2.0)

Lot 1: Collection/removal of bulky waste from RCH Nord

Recyclinghof Nord: Meeschendorfer Weg, 23758 Heiligenhafen -Lot 1

Quantity p. a. approx. 800 mg

The Contractor takes over the bulky waste collected by the Client at the three recycling yards (North, Central, South). The tender is divided into three lots. Lot 1 contains the quantities from the North Recycling Centre and those from the Northern Bulky Waste Collection, Lot 2 contains the quantities from the Central Recycling Centre and those from the Southern Bulky Waste Collection Centre and Lot 3 contains the quantities from the South Recycling Centre. The Contractor must provide two empty swap containers (36 m³) for each lot, which the Contractor will change after timely request from the Client. The client takes over the loading of bulky waste at the recycling centres. The bulky waste becomes the property of the Contractor when it is loaded.

The quantities of bulky waste collection are handled at the recycling yards north and middle of the AG and collected by the contractor from the client in the course of lots 1 to 2. For lots 1 to 2, the bulky waste collection areas can be divided into the northern area (Lot 1), north of an imaginary line between Lensahn and Oldenburg, and the southern area (Lot 2), south of this imaginary line.

The Contractor must ensure that the containers for the North (Lot 1) and Central (Lot 2) recycling yards are changed within four working days after a telephone request or notification by e-mail. The change of containers from the recycling yard in Bad Schwartau (lot 3) must be guaranteed by the contractor within 2 working days after registration.

The bulky waste is weighed at the recycling yards on calibrated road vehicle scales of the ZVO. These have a minimum bridge length of 15 m and a load capacity of up to 50 Mg. The Contractor's collecting vehicles must be weighed by means of incoming and outgoing weighing.

The collection is not the subject of the call for proposals.

Quantity p. a. approx. 3200 Mg.
