The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement regarding development of an economic model for estimating value creation etc, as well as implementing estimates in connection with the project “Kunnskapsinnhenting - verdiskaping i nord” (“Obtaining knowledge - value creation in the north”).

The contract shall include:

— Model with future beneficial right for the involved departments,

— Documentation of the model, including user instructions,

— Report, which substantiate the executed analyses, supported with tables/diagrams with relevant data and information, including a resume of 4-5 pages.
