The subject of the contract is to equip the laboratory of computer science, mechanics, mechatronics, robotics, pneumatics of the Tarnowo Podgórne Technical School Complex. 3. The Ordering Party divided the order into 5 parts:
Part 1: purchase of EQUIPMENT FOR THE IT laboratory,
Part 2: purchase of mechanical laboratory equipment,
Part 3: purchase of mechatronics laboratory equipment,
Part 4: purchase of robotics laboratory equipment,
Part 5: purchase of equipment for the pneumatics laboratory.
purchase of IT laboratory equipment1. The subject of the contract is to equip the IT laboratory of the Tarnowo Podgórne Technical School Complex. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the ordered quantities is included in Annex 3a to this SWZ.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor:
- offered manufacturer's warranties for the supplied appliances and equipment,
- has granted a minimum of 24 months of guarantee for the subject of the contract.
The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be covered by a 12-month warranty period.
3. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of equivalent solutions. Trademarks, patents, proper names or origin used in the documentation should be understood as a quality standard. Determining the subject of the contract by indicating the name of the manufacturer, type, equipment or materials is intended to clarify the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of using equivalent solutions, provided that the proposed equivalent solutions have all parameters not worse than those specified in this SWZ.
4. The economic operator must indicate in the tender which elements of the contract it intends to entrust to subcontractors for performance.
