GC Business Growth Hub (GC BGH) is seeking to appoint a service provider (single Service Delivery Provider or consortium with a ‘lead’ operator) to complement and add value to the existing business support available across Greater Manchester for leadership and management development.

The target market for this programme is Greater Manchester based SMEs that are looking to improve their productivity; recover from Covid-19; respond to innovative opportunities; and develop their skills, knowledge, and expertise to enable growth. We are particularly looking for a Service Delivery Provider/s who can reach businesses who previously haven’t accessed leadership and management support.

The appointed Service Delivery Provider/s will need to clearly demonstrate both the capacity to deliver at volume and the ability to mobilize quickly and efficiently.

The successful Service Delivery Provider/s will also offer signposting to thematic and sector programmes available to GM businesses, as well as mentoring initiatives, offered by partners such as the Growth Company.

The Service Delivery Provider/s must be prepared to attend a quarterly contract performance meeting with an identified member of BGH staff. The agenda for these meetings will include a progress summary to date for all areas of scope, a review of business engaging on the programme, what is planned for forthcoming months amongst others to be discussed and agreed with the supplier.
