The name given to the order by the Ordering Party: Supply of electricity in 2023 for electricity consumption points of the City of Zielona Góra and the Municipality of Czerwieńsk.
The Contracting Authority has divided the subject of the contract into two tasks and allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders, according to the Choice of the Contractor – for one or two tasks.
Task I:
1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2023 for the electricity consumption points of the City of Zielona Góra and the Municipality of Czerwieńsk (for tariff groups: C11, C12A, C12B, C11O);
2) The estimated volume of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 11 832,100 MWh. The total amount of PPE is 787;
3) As a result of the conducted procedure, 1 contract will be concluded covering the supply of electricity to 787 Electricity Consumption Points specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex I.2C to SWZ.
Invoices will be issued and sent for each entity/organizational unit (RECIPIENT) separately;
4) The selected Contractor will prepare, complete and send through the appropriate information exchange platform (belonging to the local DSO) notifications of electricity sales (and on behalf of the Ordering Party will report the need to conclude new contracts for the distribution of electricity) to all Electricity Consumption Points (listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex I.2C to SWZ) to the Distribution System Operator (Enea Operator Sp. z o.o.) – in order to obtaining a positive verification of them as at 01.01.2023. For this purpose, the Contractor shall also prepare an appropriate power of attorney ( within 2 days of notifying the Ordering Party about the selection of the Contractor's offer), which it will submit to the Ordering Party for signature. In the event of negative verification of any Electricity Consumption Point, the Contractor shall immediately notify (up to 7 days counted from the moment when the notification of the sales contract receives the "negative" status) about it to the Ordering Party together with the reason for the negative verification. After determining the reasons for the negative verification with the Contractor, the Contractor shall report the sales contract again to the Distribution System Operator;
5) The Contractor selected as a result of the settlement of the procedure under the unlimited tender procedure for the supply of electricity will prepare, based on the provisions of the contract referred to in point 7 of this description of the subject of the contract (Annex I.2A to SWZ) concluded with the City of Zielona Góra in the name and on behalf of the parties participating in the proceedings, detailed contracts for: the Municipality of Czerwieńsk (1 contract), listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex I.2C to SWZ;
6) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex I.2A to the SWZ and in the document constituting Annex I.2C to the SWZ;
7) The selected Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party, before signing the contract, a Statement on the possession of a General Distribution Agreement with the DSO Distribution System Operator operating in the City of Zielona Góra and the Municipality of Czerwieńsk.
Task II:
1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2023 for the electricity consumption points of the City of Zielona Góra and the Municipality of Czerwieńsk (for tariff groups: B21, B22, B23, G11, G12, C21, C22A, C22B, R, B11, B12);
2) The estimated volume of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 26 424,500 MWh. The total amount of PPE is 295;
3) As a result of the conducted procedure, 1 contract will be concluded covering the supply of electricity to 295 Electricity Consumption Points specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex I.2D to swz.
Invoices will be issued and sent for each entity / organizational unit (RECIPIENT) separately;
4) The selected Contractor will prepare, complete and send through the appropriate information exchange platform (belonging to the local DSO) notifications of electricity sales (and on behalf of the Ordering Party will report the need to conclude new contracts for the distribution of electricity) to all Electricity Consumption Points (listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex I.2D to SWZ) to the Distribution System Operator (Enea Operator Sp. z o.o.) – in order to obtaining a positive verification of them as at 01.01.2023. For this purpose, the Contractor shall also prepare an appropriate power of attorney ( within 2 days of notifying the Ordering Party about the selection of the Contractor's offer), which it will submit to the Ordering Party for signature. 6) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex I.2B to the SWZ and in the document constituting Annex I.2D to the SWZ;
7) The selected Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party, before signing the contract, a Statement on the possession of a General Distribution Agreement with the DSO Distribution System Operator operating in the City of Zielona Góra and the Municipality of Czerwieńsk.
