9) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

11) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work.

1)The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as nursery and seed production to be performed in the Krościenko Forest District in 2024.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as nursery and seed production resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference

(3) The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology";

Appendix 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work execution technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krakow adopted by the decision of the 28th Regional Director of the State Forests of 30 May 2023 on the introduction of the Regional Description of the Standard of Forest Works Execution Technology

The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts ("Package"), the Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. However, the offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work provided for in the Terms of Reference for that Package.

8) The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Krościenko Forest District.

9) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

10) The provisions of paragraphs 7 to 9 shall not preach to the powers of the Contracting Authority arising from the model contract on public procurement (Annex 12 to SWZ).

11) Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work.
