Services Building planning and structural design1.1 Building planning services
AT 1 northern service wing, general refurbishment
(1) The primary goal is the repair of the service wing, including the head building, with the greatest possible preservation of the historic building fabric and important equipment elements, such as horse racks, etc.
(2) The client commissions only the following basic services: LPH 5 in accordance with § 34 HOAI
(3) Only the following service phases are optionally commissioned: LPH 6 to 7 according to § 34 HOAI; LPH 8 according to § 34 HOAI
AT 2 Corps de Logis, reinforcement of the ceiling beams and restoration services
(1) The aim of this measure is to repair the ceilings between the basement and ground floor as well as the ground floor and upper floor. The primary goal is to repair the ceilings while preserving the historic building fabric as much as possible with the least possible intervention in the basic substance such as floorboards and lambris.
(2) The client commissions only the following basic services: LPH 1 to 4 in accordance with § 34 HOAI
(3) Only the following service phases are optionally commissioned: LPH 5 in accordance with § 34 HOAI; LPH 6 to 7 according to § 34 HOAI; LPH 8 according to § 34 HOAI
AT 3 southern end building, major overhaul
(1) In addition to the structural renovation, the building services are to be upgraded. Here, too, it is important to take over the existing functions.
(2) The client commissions only the following basic services: none

1.2. Structural engineering services
At this point in time, it is clear that certain structural engineering services are required in order to be able to carry out the construction project. In addition, it is possible that the need for further structural engineering services will be recognized during the ongoing construction work. These potentially necessary structural engineering services cannot be foreseen at this point in time. Additional or special services will be ordered if necessary.

Technical equipment planning servicesAT 1 northern service wing, general refurbishment
(1) The property was newly developed in 2012 without a local heating supply. In this construction phase, the complete renewal of the electrical system, BMA, EMA and heating system is to be implemented while maintaining restoration concerns.

(1) The project envisages the construction of a building services system to be further supplemented, which takes on the existing stock in addition. In addition to saving operating costs, the primary goal is to create largely flexible exhibition areas and functional rooms while complying with all the requirements of monument protection.

(1) To inspect the building services system, to upgrade or renew it in accordance with the current requirements. From the point of view of being used as a garden kingdom shop/service, the functional rooms are to be equipped flexibly.
