Campus Crafts of the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts - Service profile structural planning according to § 51 HOAI 2021, Lph. 1-9

The order for specialist planning is placed in stages. Initially, the assignment is only made for

Service phases 1 and 2. As part of the individual service phases, the contractor has

subject to providing the listed services of the respective service phase,

regardless of whether these services are in line with the terminology of HOAI 2021

basic or special services of the respective service phases. The order agent

intends to comply with the budgetary and, if applicable, subsidy requirements,

retrieved in writing. A legal claim of the contractor to the transfer of these services

does not exist, nor is there any entitlement to remuneration and/or reimbursement of costs

in the event of the absence of follow-up orders of further processing stages.

If the client transfers further service phases to the contractor, the contractor is

undertakes to provide these services as part of this contract in accordance with the updated schedule
